Works great!
The size of these os perfect for storing and getting through various cuts of meat. They function easy, are of very good quality, hang well with out swinging and coming unhooked, and are a great price for the value

Good quality hooks
I needed the longer hooks when I’m hanging ribs to smoke. They work great and have a sharp point on one end. Be careful lol. Free washer if ya need it in the background lol.

They're hooks.
What can you say about hooks. They do what they are intended to do. So far, I used them for smoking ribs, and for drying biltong. I'm not sure how they could fail, at such a menial tasj.

Good quality but not for slabs of meat.
The are pretty flimsy is you’re hanging bigger bits of meat. The pointy end is very, very sharp which is good and bad. Well made and good quality, but I thought they’d be a bit more robust for my Pancetta and Capocollo - that said they do the job.
