Not charging after a month/ No Customer Support

I have written to this company several times over the past couple of weeks regarding their device no longer charging. I have tried the troubleshooting steps listed and the device will still not turn on. When I reached out to customer support crickets. I reached out again...you guessed it, crickets. Avoid these guys at all costs. Stick with Z-Vibe.
