As Advertised
I got exactly what was described. All the specs were correct any the laptop was received in excellent condition. Quick shipping. Nice little laptop. Reliable seller.

Everything is great, except the battery won't charge
Just started using the laptop today and so far it's exactly what was advertised, except that the battery won't charge. Dell's built-in diagnostics say, "Charger - The AC power adapter wattage and type cannot be determined. The battery may not charge" I've followed all available support suggestions, no luck. It's such a great price/deal that I'm still giving it four stars, but I might return it and try my luck with another one.

The operating system did not work as soon as I took it out of the box. I called Dell & Amazon and they pushed me to the seller. I called the seller numerous times and never got anyone to answer the phone. I also left them an email and heard nothing. Even the phone message was questionable, because the message never mentioned anyone's name. I wonder if this company is legitimate???? I saw identical adds on Amazon that had different company names as the supplier, but the adds & cost were totally identical. In addition, they don't mention that the laptops they are reconditioning and selling to you are over 5 years old....

This Dell laptop is all that and a bag of chips as we used to say. The price is amazing! The speed is outstanding. I was not sure about the size but it's great! I ordered this laptop to use for crafting and sewing. and there's lots of storage for my million files! The people at Micro Deal are awesome! FedEx messed up my delivery and the staff at Micro Deal stood by me and helped. Thanks y'all!
