Skechers Women's Shape Ups Strength Fitness Walking Sneaker

I can only vouch for this black version of Sketchers sneakers*: These I'd ordered off of amazon, as I'd dared to hope, are the same as I'd purchased from a physical shoe store several years ago but which the brick and mortar stores in our area no longer carry. Same very good quality, same good fit, and same comfort. I wear these sneakers nearly every day and these are the ones I don when I get my 3 mile walks in. I've had them quite a while now and they are holding up just fine so far so I'm suspecting they will last me several years as my last pair had. Also, they arrived very quickly. (* One of the brick and mortar stores in our area did still carry a white version of these round bottom sketchers but the fit was way off and the quality was not even close. I was very relieved to be able to purchase the black ones on line and that they were as good as/better than I'd hoped. I would have liked to have gotten another color, but the tan ones were really pricey, and I didn't trust the whites because of the ones I'd come across in the store.)

I bought these shoes because they promised to help with knee pain and back pain. I have had the shoes for a week now and my back pain is gone. My knees still ache when it rains, but I can safely say that they are vastly improved.It takes a while to get used to walking in these shoes. It is recommended that you start using them gradually, depending on your fitness level, the first day I had them I wore them for an hour or so, the next day I wore them most of the day and felt only a little sore. At the one week mark I feel very little soreness at all. It should be noted that I am active and in very good shape, which I'm sure contributed to my ability to adjust to these shoes quickly.There was a two or three day period where my back felt a little worse than usual, but I have now gone from nearly constant pain to no pain at all. My knees ache a little now and again, but I feel almost no pain which is a huge improvement.As far as looks go, they are extremely cute and classy. I purchased the black suede with white accents pair and I think they're adorable. As they are Sketchers I am sure they'll probably only last a year or so for me (I'm very, very hard on my shoes) but considering how much they've improved my comfort level I'd say they're worth the price. I'm thinking of buying a pair of the sandal/Mary Jane version for pool/beach weather.I would recommend these shoes to anyone who needs a soft shoe with support and who suffers from knee or back pain. If you aren't in good shape physically you'll probably want to wear them for short periods of time to begin with and work yourself up.

I have had these shoes for maybe a week and have had to glue the soles back on at the seams. I had to use super Weld superglue for the glue to work. The glue held for one month and now I have to Re glue The soles again. I love sketchers shape UPS they are very comfortable and have only worn sketchers shape UPS. This is the 1st time I have had issues with my order of sketchers shape UPS. I paid practically $70 for the shoes only to have them come apart and listen a month. I am not happy. Yes I would have sent to shoes back but have worn them and do not have the Box anymore. Per the photos below you can tell shows are not very worn or miss treated to warrant the soles to come apart. The treads are practically new still. One photo shows how the one side is bad with coming apart and compared to the other side.

This is my second pair of these shoes. My first pair has lasted several years but out of stupidity, I had left them outside my house on the steps and a snow storm covered them with snow and dirt, which melted into a mucky mess when I found them again. After a few washes to get the dirt out, these are still very much wearable, but the snow/mud mixture left them with a funny smell, so I had to order myself another pair. I would have worn these all winter too, if we hadn't had 3-4 feet of snow fall in one night.The shoes themselves are extremely comfortable and take some getting used to initially. They will make your calves hurt the first few times if you have not been walking or exercising a lot. They also cause you to take rolling steps because of the way the soles are designed. What I mean by this, is when you take a step and your heel touches the ground, the sole of the shoe rocks the rest of your foot forward through the step, as if your foot was standing on a rocking chair. I have horrible knees and they ache when I walk in other shoes, but this rolling step really reduces the jarring impact.I have never tried running in these. I'm not much of a runner due to my knees, but if you do intend to run in them, I suggest getting used to the way they feel and work first.Overall, GREAT shoes, this will be my second pair! Highly recommend them if you have bad knees. I don't think I would recommend them if you have bad ankles, though. The rolling step motion may roll your ankle if you weak ankles. I can't say for sure though as I don't have weak ankles.

voilà 9 ans que je les ai achetées , après 4 opérations des genoux menisectomies totales des 2 genoux , et grace à ces tennis je peux marcher des heures sans souffrir des genoux , le coté minceur on s'en fiche un peu , pour moi c'est des tennis irremplaçables , elles me sauvent la vie quand je dois marcher longtemps , de plus elles sont confortables , faciles à entrenir , elles me suivent partout !! alors merci au créateur , et à acheter les yeux fermées

Great shoes, no blisters, very comfortable and light. I even bought my mom a pair of walking (slip on's), and she loves them. A great buy! Buy your self a pair, you will not be sorry you did.

Ich habe einen schmerzhaften Fersensporn und kann ohne Schuhe derzeit überhaupt nicht auftreten. Nun habe ich zwar mittlerweile spezielle Einlagen für meine Schuhe, die den Druck mildern sollen und die Ferse abdämpfen, aber es ist nicht zu vergleichen mit diesen Superschuhen. Hier spüre ich meinen Fersensporn überhaupt nicht. Das ist wirklich klasse. Ich trage sie fast nur noch und bin froh, etwas gefunden zu haben um die Zeit bis zum Arzttermin schmerzfrei überbrücken zu können. Ich war sogar damit walken. Davon habe ich nur träumen können, seit der Sporn sich entzündet hat. Ein bisschen nervig finde ich allerdings, dass beim Gehen durch das starke Abrollen mein Fuß hinten so ein bisschen hoch- und runterrutscht. Die Sohle ist ja sehr dick und deswegen nicht nachgiebig und beweglich. Man steht wie auf einer festen aber weichen Wippe. Aber dennoch 5 Punkte weil ich so überglücklich bin mit diesen Supersoftschuhen.

A dir il vero, ho comprato queste scarpe per due motivi principali: per la comodità descritta dalle altre recensioni e perché mi sembrava che la loro altezza fosse funzionale anche alle giornate inaspettatamente piovose e non hanno per nulla tradito le aspettative!Ormai queste scarpe le uso da 2 settimane tutti i giorni e sono comode (ho preso la mia taglia e il pied enon è completamente immobile, ma io credo che il poco spazio che c'è in più le renda anche più comode); le tengo tutta la giornata, anche più di 16 ore e quando le tolgo non ho i piedi stanchi, nemmeno se cammino molto. Non le ho mai usate per gli esercizi descruitti nel manuale, né ho guardato il DVD, però sono pratiche per tutti i giorni e, ripeto, anche quando piove. Vi ho applicato dello spray impermeabilizzante, per sicurezza, ma credo che, anche senza, l'unica parte che si bagna sia la "Linguetta" della scarpa che sta sotto i lacci. Esteticamente sono meglio di come mi aspettassi. Sono pienamente soddisfatta, anche per il prezzo, la possibilità di reso e i tempi di spedizione.
