I bought this to use for a bridal shower mimosa bar to keep fresh fruit on ice. It arrived with the top broken. I didn't have time to return it before the party, so we made do with it, but I was so incredibly disappointed.Update: Sustomer service reached out to me after reading my review and was amazing! They sent me a replacement item and it arrived the very next day! I really do love this cold serving tray. It is prefect for fruits or any other food items that may need to be kept cold. It comes with a few tongs, bags for ice, and even sporks for serving. I LOVE that it has a lid that really opens and closes. This replacement item seems extremely durable... but anything can happen during shipping. That is outside of their control. Their customer service alone deserves 5 stars. Don't hesitate to purchase! I can't wait to use it for all of our future get-togethers and parties!

Purchased this for a taco party. Worked perfect. Kept the condiments cold. It is all plastic, but worked perfectly for what I needed it for.

Excelent product

Bottom layer head the ice for hours in the house. Kept 2 dips I had chilled and safe to eat. We live in Phx & had to use it in the house. Due to Excessive heat 116

Totally loved this for my grandson grad party.

When I tell you this worked out for my taco bar party. All my toppings fitted in here perfectly without having to worry about being refrigerated. The ice tub underneath you wouldn’t even know it was there until ice started to melt. Perfect for the occasion!!!

Bought this for a party and it arrived with a huge crack by the handle. Which is odd because it was packaged very securely with bubble wrap. Luckily I was able to order a replacement in time so I guess keep that in mind.I like the clean look of it. The only downside was that I wasn’t able to fit much ice below the containers to keep the food cold. Maybe crunchy ice would work better?
