Wow
Have been using this washing machine for the past 2.5 years and it is doing a wonderful job. I am skeptical if that AI thing is doing anything extra, because we have not seen much of a difference between the AI mode and normal wash mode. Maybe the AI is just another marketing gimmick. Anyway, the direct drive is fantastic, absolutely whisper quiet even when spinning at 1200 rpm. Overall, it is a very good buy and value for money.
