10/10 Fill it up with somewhat warm or very very moderately hot water and then lay them down and watch nap time get a whole lot easier! Cool water and watch them have the best play and tummy time! Cheap and fab baby accessory.

Another great product from baby Einstein
The Baby Einstein Octopus Water Play Mat has been a huge hit in our house! Our 4-month-old daughter absolutely loves it — it keeps her engaged, entertained, and fascinated with the floating toys and colorful design. The quality of the mat is excellent. The material feels thick and durable, and it held up really well even with lots of excited little kicks and tugs. The size was actually larger than we expected, giving plenty of space for tummy time and play without feeling cramped. It’s lightweight but sturdy enough to stay in place during use. Setup was super easy — just add water and it’s ready to go in minutes. One feature we really appreciate is how easy it is to drain and store when not in use. It folds up neatly and doesn’t take much space at all. We added a small amount of vinegar to the water, as recommended, to help prevent mold or buildup, and so far it’s been working great. Overall, this is a fantastic product, and we’re planning to buy more as gifts for friends with little ones. Baby Einstein has always been a trusted brand for us, and this play mat continues that streak — great quality, thoughtful design, and a lot of fun packed into one simple toy. Highly recommend!

Worth a try
Having to replace the water and vinegar inside is annoying for moms who are already so busy but baby likes to play with this...sometimes. Definitely worth a try

Tummy time favorite
My son is 3 months old and he doesn’t like tummy time, so I thought I would give a water mat a try. This one is super cute! He loves looking at it and it has extended his tummy time sessions. The quality is great as per usual with baby Einstein products. It is smaller than I expected but I didn’t look at the dimensions before I ordered it. I like the foam shapes floating in it but they do kind of clump together
