Very pleased! Fast and easy to file and claim ! Will be using Asurion again

Extended warranties can be a blessing and do come in handy. However, when a customer (myself) cancels an item, it is to be expected the extended warranty would likewise be cancelled. Obviously not so. Therefore, I'm being charged for a warranty I'll never use or benefit from as I do not own the item. I'm sure there's some breech of legality here and maybe I should look into it. I know it's only $11.99. But, if this is being done to me, it's being done to others and that's a heap of free cash some company is getting.

Asurion is super easy to work with. You can do a claim online or talk to a representative. They are very helpful and understanding and every time I have had to use them my product was replaced or if I chose to be refunded I was. I would suggest Asurion to everyone.

I've never seen a claim got approved that fast. Maybe because it was my very first claim with them? But that experience alone is worth 5 stars. Hope it stays that way

Bought a portable washer and the drain pump went out in 2months of use. They send you through a hundred loops just for there website to not work properly it's like they don't honor there own protection plan

I bought this protection for a zeny twin tub washer. The washer no longer spins and I'm unable to contact asurion
