Is this product silicone and sulfate free?

The ingredients don't look correct, e.g. this product is supposed to contain climbazole, piroctone olamine & rosemary. why aren't these listed?

I have a bottle of Sachajuan Normal Hair Shampoo in front of me and this is the list of ingredients:Aqua (water), Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycereth-2 Cocoate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycerin, PEG-4 Rapeseedamide, Hydrolized Rhodophycea Extract, Parfum, Sodium Benzoate, Hydroxypropyl Guar, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Linalool, Limonene, Benzyl Salicylate, Hexyl Cinnamal, Alpha-isomethyl Ionne, Butylphenyl Methylpropional.

Why is it called normal? Normal for who?

I have normal healthy hair. I don't dye my hair and use minimal heat. A good way to figure out if you have normal hair is if you are just looking for shampoo to cleanse your hair and scalp. If you are looking for damage repair, color protection, volume, or other such things then you do not have normal hair.
