Great Supplement!
My healthcare practitioner informed me that I was not absorbing calcium properly, that there was too much calcium in my blood. That was scary, especially since I was showing osteopenia in my DEXA scans.She suggested that I supplement with vitamin k, which is necessary to absorb calcium into my bones, for instance.This full spectrum Vitamin K supplement must have helped. Now my tests show that my blood levels of calcium are in normal range. And the DEXA came back stable and slightly improved.I really like it that MCT oil is part of this supplement, also.

Tasteless!
I wanted the control of dosing more k2 depending on the vitamin D I’m taking (having learned that you need the co-factors: k2 and plenty of magnesium). As my initial dose, I doubled the dosage (10 drops) and to my pleasant surprise, the drops were virtually tasteless! There are some disgusting supplements (Lugol’s iodine) that I appreciate these drops. I’m hoping to send calcium where it belongs with this supplement; thereby protecting my heart and getting rid of calcium deposits in my joints.

Calcium benefits without massive calcium!
This is a very good supplement that helps your calcium to go to your bones and not to your arteries. I believe it's a better option than taking massive amounts of calcium as you get older. I highly recommend the supplement! Take it with some vitamin d as well.

Has Mk7 and mk4 even better than mk7 for calcium and bone
Did research and this is one of the best vitamin k . It has mk4 and mk7 . Mk4 is even more efficient for calcium absorption in bone than mk7. Also very good quality of product .

Gives a little extra energy and I know it's good for the body. I use 1 drop per day.

It was easy to use. Could not tell if it worked or not. Didn’t feel any different after using the whole bottle. I’m pretty healthy so that may be why.
