Good workout for recliners
72 years old and while on recliner I can use this while watching the tube.I adjusted it to where I could work it to my ability.I’m not at the health club trying to impress anybody.I can feel a big difference in the chest and arm muscles for sure. Great piece to have along side the remote.

Travel-friendly exercise equipment
I ordered a couple of these and I bring one with me whenever I travel for work. It fits nicely in a carry on back so no need to check in your bag in order to bring this with you. Adjustable resistance so anyone can use it. This strengthens the chest and arm muscles very effectively. Highly recommended.

Good sturdy construction
Really like this product. Strong, sturdy construction. It has a good feel to it, you can use it in numerous ways. Retracts in a compact manner, which is great for traveling. I highly recommend it.

Poor Quality
The hydraulic shock doesn't last very long. I used it periodically and just over the warranty it stopped holding pressure and just moves freely. Poor Quality!
