These Yerba Mate capsules are legit! I get a solid boost of energy and focus without the crash or jitters. The mix of yerba mate, taurine, and B vitamins really works, and it's super easy to take. Definitely my new favorite way to stay sharp and energized.

Easy to swallow pill. Great alternative to caffeine drinks with all the extra additives that I'd like to avoid.

The caution section on the bottle is different from what it showed online. On the bottle I received it said to avoid alcohol and prescription stimulants while taking this product but I didn’t see anything said about that in the product description and the photos of the bottles online are different and are missing that information. I think that it would be good information to know before ordering for people who are prescribed stimulants.

I am Very impressed with this combination and the quality adherence that was used to make this. It was actually the headline that caught my attention that said, "USA Made and Tested ". I so do wish we could have a category of supplements for sale that were separated from the rest if they met this simple criteria. It would make it so much easier as that's the first thing you want to check for IMO. Recently many of the bad guys are stating third party tested but are using the test from the seller of the raw ingredients which is the very last person you want testing it. SO the only way to know is to look for it clearly stating,,,, First,,,,, 3rd party lab tested (not just lab tested) and second, in the US/UK or Canada or a country that has regulated oversight with the testing. Do not assume or you chance getting a fake and/or heavy metals and toxins. Do notice this brand not only did it the right way but they posted it so you can see it on seller picture # 5 down. Very impressed.The second thing that caught my attention is I actually take or have taken all these ingredients. And I like all of them. They are all associated with a nice energy boost IMO. The only exception is the B-6 which I think is added for focus but I personally like for it's homocysteine reduction (may) from the energy created. Do notice the Niacin is 16mgs NE which is Niacin Equivalents from Tryptophan(60 mgs) for it to be converted to Niacin thus aiding with reducing flushing if that is a concern for you. That's again an extra step and expense this company did to insure a top of the shelf quality product. Also notice that this is a mix of direct energy and molecular energy so that creates a smooth sustained energy that last longer than just a few hours(may). Specifically we see with the Arginine which is immediate nitric oxide production and the Citrulline which converts to arginine ( and actually yields more) for a longer nitric oxide production. I do notice that is only 100 mgs in this and I would personally stack more. I take a 750 mg blend (arginine and citrulline) and it is very inexpensive for a ton of caps/tabs.When I take this,, unsurprisingly I do notice more energy that is nice and smooth ! I am thinking I only need 1 cap because I am taking some of the other ingredients already. I really like the quality of this brand and too besides energy there is a lot of other benefits that these ingredients have that would take pages to list. I am all 10 stars on this and this is one of the very very few supplements that I definitely recommend with any doubt. Hope this was helpful.
