Didriksons 1913 Thelma Parka Women navy 2019 Jacket

I've put this coat to the test in rain, wind and snow both walking cycling and and it's perfect. Great big hood that keeps your face out of the wet, high collar to keep out draughts, Roomy enough to wear a fleece underneath on chilly days but feels nice and thick even without the extra layer. Big pockets, sturdy zip and poppers. Very happy.

After 5 weeks the stitching around the front pocket came away tearing the coat material. Very disappointing. I loved the coat and thought the quality was excellent until the stitching came away. It looks like there was too much stitching in one area which lead to the material weaking and tearing also the pockets are sown on too tight.....not enough space to put hand into pockets without putting pressure on pocket seams. It's a manufacturing error rather than a quality error.
