For the Double Wood supplement, no bananas are on the ingredient list. I don't ever go by the picture. The capsules are small, and for the Double Wood product, I take four to five capsules a day. I don't believe the Double Wood product is quite as potent as Country Farms Brand. My opinion only. Also, watch your iron intake. A lot of these supplements don't contain iron. Eat something during the day.that has a little iron, serial or something like that.

I do not believe so. Nothing is marked as an extract on the label, which is a fairly important distinction.
