Saved my nursing career
This book was a recommendation when I thought about leaving nursing all together, gave a really helpful insight into mindfulness and how you can apply it day to day. Saved me from losing a good job and helped me find a work life balance

Important read for anyone who is and/or works with healthcare providers
I met Dr. Gazelle at a conference and she gifted me with a copy of Mindful MD. I read the book in one sitting. I am a primary-care and addiction-treatment physician. With Dr. Gazelle's perspective as a physician, this book acknowledges system issues in healthcare, but urges clinicians to reframe their thinking in order to improve our lives. I immediately purchased 3 more copies to share with colleagues. Highly recommend it!

Inspiring yet practical
This book resonated with me as I have been struggling to emerge from a few years of terrible burnout. It was so helpful for me to read the stories of the other doctors in the book and how Gail was able to guide them onto re framing their thoughts and how they respond to the broken medical system. I highly recommend!!

Great Read
Daavi and his mom share a great perspective on mindfulness in action, in the context of medicine. Must read and glad I picked up even though I'm not an MD

Initially I was skeptical but a couple chapters in and can see that Dr. Gazelle "gets" the modern day physician. Excited to keep reading, it's been great so far
