3700 Essential 20Bar Espresso Coffee Machines with Milk Frother

I bought this coffee machine for the second time. The first one is still working and is great. And the second one I bought for work. This machine is great. Easy to use. It has 20 bars of pressure which makes it a very effective coffee machine. Coffee from this machine is tasty and very hot. The look is modern and does the job. Of course, not everyone has to like it. But I like it. Easy to fill, easy to use. It has a function of heating the cup with steam before use. It has a function for making small and large coffee. Although for me there should also be a function for very large coffee. I use large coffee cups and here to fill such a cup I have to repeat the process of filling my cup. But this is not a disadvantage. From the less pleasant things I can say that the machine is quite loud during operation. But what other machine is not? The money I paid for it is very acceptable. It does not cost millions of coins like machines from the competition. I recommend this machine to anyone who does not need hundreds of functions and displays in their coffee machine. This coffee maker makes great coffee and doesn't cost much.

Having used this for nearly 6months I can say I'm really impressed... Easy to use, easy to fill with water, easy to clean. I like the automatic shut off ( I make my coffee- drink it- wash the cup- put cup back on top of warmer) then approx 2-3mins machine beeps and turns off having dried the remaining moisture left by washingMachine comes with single & double shot metal filter thingy, and dosing spoon/ compressing tool... All you need is ground coffee!I love watching the coffee getting dispensed... It's like watching a Guinness being poured as it settles - jet black with a 10mm cream head then the aromatics hit you..Mine is stainless steel construction, so looks the part and is simple to clean.Price was an investment for me at at time of purchase reviews were mixed - so a bit of a punt on my part.. However- I needn't of worried this machine is worth every penny.The taste/ flavour it extracts from the beans is excellent - when compared to 'coffee shops'.. and when you consider how much you pay at those places- this pays for itself in the 1st month...No regrets- no complaints from me

I like the slim design which fits so well into my kitchen. Was working well before but after two years of use, it started to not working well. I use it only infrequently, but still. First the water go very slowly and only very little coffee came out. And the steam also became very weak. I wonder if that is the descaling issue, but even after descaling, it was still not working. And finally after trying everything, it totally stop working.Since it already pass the warrantly, sadly this has to go. After second thought, I could have used a bean to cup coffee machine so that freshly grounded coffee can be use. Also 20 bar may be a bit too much so I will use a 15bar next time.This is not a bad machine, the coffee was good and the design is nice. The manual has clear instructions with pictures which is easy to understand. Only that it did not last too long. Now I really need to get a another coffee machine.

Update! 5 stars! Emailed the support team and they agreed to send a replacement. It’s arrived, just 3 days after they agreed to replace it and I’m enjoying a lovely coffee. Great customer service!The last machine lasted just over a year but I used it at least 4 times a day, often more and I hope the new one will last the same again, at least. Great customer service!While it’s disappointing to have to get a replacement, this machine gives me a ‘proper coffee’ experience from my home, which living in a rural area is amazing.All the other machines in this price range also have mixed reviews so I’ll stick with the devil I know and hopefully enjoy another year, at least, of delicious coffee!———————————————————Original review - 1 star *Bought this just over a year ago, have used it at least four or five times a day and was working brilliantly until yesterday. Now makes a burning smell when I turn it on and won’t work so I guess that’s that. Pretty sure it’s outside of warranty so I won’t be able to get a replacement disappointing as it was working perfectly for the whole year and as I say, I use it multiple times a day, thank God I had a backup coffee maker otherwise this morning would’ve been stressful without coffee!

I own a Coffee shop and I am used to using a Wega 3 group head machine that is huge and I have honestly not got 1 bad thing to say about this machine that I bought for my kitchen at home when I got sick of buying Nespresso pods.It’s so easy to set up and use, heats up in 30 seconds, Great Crema on the coffee as shown in my video, the steam wand is so powerful and the bonus is that there is hardly any clean up with it. If you are in any doubt, buy it!!

So I've had this machine for over a year and the 1 year warranty it came with has expired. After about 14 months, the steam stopped working, so I got in touch with Casabrews and explained the issue. They replied back with 24 hours with some different things to try to rectify the issue. Unfortunately everything they told me to do didn't work, so I let them know, not expecting anything. Within 6 hours they replied saying they would send me a replacement. Even though my warranty had expired, 3 days later a brand new replacement turned up.My advice to anyone buying one is to descale your machine evey 2 months as I think this might have been my issue that although I had descaled, with hindsight I should have done it more regularly.I would recommend this machine and I would definitely buy a casabrews appliance again as their customer service was outstanding.

Would love to love this but it doesn’t quite live up to expectations. I came from a old Delongi iconic that was getting weak, noisy and slow but made good coffee. This is well made, quiet, fast and easy to use. However, I was attracted to the high pressure capabilities but that may be its downfall. It’s (too) fast to heat up and probably too fast in pushing the water through both the heating element and coffee. This tends to make a tepid, weak coffee, regardless of the amount of pre heating, quantity of powder, it’s fineness or how much tamping down you do.I like it but every drink goes via the microwave… (it’s probably ok if you use hot milk)Update : offered a full refund so customer service is excellent.

I bought this a little over a year ago as my first proper espresso machine, and it’s been brilliant for learning the ropes. It’s simple to use, looks great on the counter, and makes genuinely good coffee once you get your technique down.Unfortunately, mine has just given up — but after more than three uses a day for over a year, it’s more than earned its keep. If you’re new to espresso, I’d definitely recommend it (and grab the bottomless portafilter while you’re at it).It’s perfect for beginners and great value for money, but seasoned coffee lovers might prefer to spend a bit more on something built to last.
