Only worked once, then wouldn't charge again
This item only worked once, then wouldn't charge back up. I've had to go through Amazon to get a refund. Seller very evasive when trying to get a refund/replacement. I've seen another review on the same product having exactly the same issues. Not sure If it's the product, or the Seller??

Missing cable
Charging USB cable was missing. The food tray was stained. Manual was bent

Absolute rubbish, only ever worked once
Looked great, sounded great, price not great...but hey useful overall....or so I thought. Worked the 1st day, 2nd day wouldn't stay on. Kept turning off then said it was 140 degrees c. I opened the lid and the contents were mildly warm. And yes theres plenty if charge. I'm now hungry and unable to heat my chilli. Let me down, will be going straight back....

Purchased the plus version.
Works ok but don’t try to clean by putting hot water with a bit of detergent in the metal dish and put the travel lid on and shake it because the expansion and pressure in the inside will cause the gasket to leak. I see another review says it’s cold at 140 so the HeatsBox app was probably set to Fahrenheit not Celsius. Just saying !
