Nicht instabil genug - geringer Trainingseffekt
Mein Physiotherapeut hat ein wesentlich instabileres Kissen. Die Übungen mit diesem Kissen zu Hause durchzuführen hat entsprechend wenig Trainingseffekt. Das Kissen macht nur dann Sinn, wenn man eine geringfügig höhere "Gleichgewichts-Herausforderung" sucht als direkt auf dem Teppich / Fußboden. Dies sollte in der Beschreibung entsprechend dargestellt werden.

Perfekt zum turnen auf dem Boden, schon Knie und Steißbein beim Sportübungen, hilfreich beim haare waschen über der Wanne zu draufknien und für sonstige aufgaben im Haushalt wenn man auf den Knien ist
