ironic that the literal embodiment of sleep has been struggling to switch off but here we are. 2024 was a lot even for me someone in the dream realm suggested magnesium and i panicked because i'd heard things. bad things. porcelain throne type things. done my research though and glycinate is the one you want. stays in your muscles, doesn't go anywhere it shouldn't. very important distinction. cannot stress this enough took one about an hour before bed and genuinely the quality of my own sleep improved which is embarrassing to admit given my job description. fell asleep faster, stayed asleep, woke up actually rested for the first time since roughly the renaissance no digestive drama whatsoever. woke up with full dignity intact. the 200mg dose is the sweet spot as well. not too much, not too little. i've been doing this for centuries and i'm telling you the dosage matters five stars. if even i needed help sleeping then trust me you probably do too sweet dreams etc
