I can't get my screen to turn on? I've tried everything, links up to my phone on Bluetooth but nothing but a black screen. Any help?

Is it continually black and never switched on when charged ? in which case there may be an issue - you should be able to change the dial screen. If you mean it doesn't work just looking at it 'on raising' the watch you need to go into phone and tab to device, at the bottom of gloryfit, and there is an option half way down called 'light up' which when turned on and you raise your wrist with the phone on it it will light up. Some turn this function off at night.

Can you change the strap please
