How effective are these? How long does it take to see results?

They seem very good I'm taking them as I have recently gone through chemotherapy, my hair is coming back thick and fast (and curly which is one of the side effects) I think I'll go back to the 1000mg when these are finished as you can taste these as they are so big!

Anyone with afro hair tried this? any good?

My wife and I both use Biotin 5000. Have done for a number of years, we are both getting on a bit now I am 72 she is 62 and we both have good heads of hair. I hope this is helpful
