It's the same as other sauna suits and sizing seems to be accurate. The only thing I don't like is the pants ripped easily. However, the seller refunded right away when I sent the photo of the damage. I still give it a 5-star because of the support experience.

Very sturdy and true to size

Th top worked perfectly fine, the pants ripped as soon as I started working out. The thickness of it was definitely not heavy duty. Not comfortable at all.

I am glad went for it! My was a little larger but it is doing what I wanted it to do - Sweating Away These Pounds! Mine was sturdy, great fit and I got more than I bargained for! It’s worth the price! I encourage you to hand wash it… I believe it will extend the life of it!

I’m a woman and I got men’s medium. You will definitely sweat and I walk around my complex in hot Florida, no running and I sweat. The Only thing the inside material peels but I will be still using it.
