Excellent product. Gives proper height to the chair. Very smooth operation and very stable. Loving it every minute. Industry standard measurements...was able to replace in one go. Watch a YouTube video if replacing in DIY mode. Remove the top cap (black cap) before fitting.

Good, but didn't written class 4 anywhere on product However my old one had printed on the product This made me confused, However it fitted nice for green soul chair and working fine... Need to check durability...

Looks sturdy..and cool
This is very easy to install...and looks sturdy and solid .. the overall black look also looks cool for my chair.. Quite smooth to operate...it's new so needs to be seen after few months..but as a new this is definitely good .

Sturdy built, with some plastic parts. No issues in 9 months of usage
Go for it, I replaced my Office chair's hydraulic piston after it broke. This was perfect replacement and is metal built. It seems sturdy after 9 months of usage, but the hub cap is still made of plastic, should see how long it lasts.
