Comfortable
I’m really glad I bought this thicker yoga mat. It’s great to my knees and elbows and can do my exercises much better. Would recommend this. Nice colour too!

Good thick Yoga/Pilates Mat
Well packaged in shrink wrap but it could have easily got damaged at the box had a lot of staples to catch the item! It's very thick and comfortable but I have only used it three times and caught it with my watch strap which has torn it a little. I will avoid wearing any jewellery!

Tempting to have a nap on it
100% worth the £26 (as of 2024), there are cheaper ones but this looks and feels like good value for the price. Really thick and cushioning for pilates. I have bony hips and this allows me to do side exercises without my hips digging into the floor, and push ups are much easier on the wrists. Game changer for me. I also suffer from a bad back and use this to have a nice lie-down after work in a god neutral spine position. My gf says it's too squishy for her yoga, I guess yoga is different from Pilates in that way. Feels like it's going to last a long time. The text/graphic on the mat is a good indicator for when I'm doing my stretches. Personally I have no issues with grippiness on my laminate floor - it's actually useful to be able to quickly twist it 90 degrees so I can watch the YouTube pilates lady on the telly properly without craning my neck when she changes direction. I really like the fabric edge detail, it just seems like a sensible feature.

Great Mat
Started Yoga recently DDPY, and bought a cheap mat from argos, first session sliped several times and nearly set my neck, it actually put me off Yoga, but i was encouraged by my wife to buy a better mat and give it a go.This mat ticks all the boxes, it is soft comfy and is easy on my wrist's, i will conceed that i do sometimes slip slightly in table but in the mats defence i dont think im meant to sweat on my knees!!i have been using this for nearly a month now, and this along with the DDPY subscription is money well spent on getting my health back on track.
