I truly hate giving these only 1 star. Out of box they are as advertised. The acupressure footbed is not overly prickly and they are thicker and have more cushion than expected, along with a subtle arch support that makes them a lot more comfortable than I thought they'd be. The fit is good, not too wide, not too narrow, for my feet anyway. In nearly every way they are fantastic and would a 5 star and probably my favorite pair ever except: Fatal flaw. From the beginning, the top Velcro strap on one or the other foot would come loose, and I walk right out of it. Not occasionally, many times a day. I've worn this sandal type for 20 years, nearly all day every day as house shoes. Never had this problem with other pairs. The Velcro pads on my pair look good, nothing out of sorts or odd about them that make me believe a replacement will be any different. Compared to my older pairs, the pads are not undersized. But they do appear to be a lesser quality, much less quantity/thickness on the fuzzy size and I assume this is the main problem. It's unfortunate because in every other way these are really awesome, so I hope Revs upgrades this Velcro because they really are great otherwise. But I can't recommend these until they fix this problem, can't wear a shoe that doesn't stay on. Note on seller: There was an initial order issue and they corrected it and had the right pair sent immediately. They responded to my questions about the strap failure, and despite not having a good immediate solution I give them high marks for prompt service and response. Full disclosure, I got these free because of the initial order issue/refund so I didn't ask for them to replace mine for the reasons I explained above. But I received excellent customer service and would not avoid Revs because of this singular shoe flaw. 5 stars for seller, they'll take of you.

I love this brand and own many of their products. I now purchase them for my husband. They have helped me decrease my foot pain and swelling. The Velcro closures give the option to adjust to my comfort. Overall, one of my favorite products

I can’t help but agree with other recent reviewers. Very poor quality. The Velcro snaps don’t hold and I’ve walked out of them numerous times leaving the sandal behind! I ordered grey and the coating began cracking and peeling within days. I’ve had Revs before and had no problems. Count me extremely disappointed. Do not buy these until these defects are verified as having been rectified by the manufacturer.

The best indoor sandals ever! Amazing reduction in foot pain. I never take them off !

I have wear the sandals only for a week. The top part of the sandal is ripping. So disappointing of low quality sandals. I have pictures of the sandals if you need them. I am not sure if they are defective or what’s causing the peeling- ripping?

They have two problems that make me regret purchasing the sandals. 1) The strap/instep to keep the sandals on the foot is a little short to my liking. This causes the sandal to separate from the heel when walking and hits the heel with each step typical of flip flops. 2) The pattern on the sole is very tight and is a magnet for any wet soil. Walking in my garden, they filled up and when I entered the house, I couldn't clean them by scrubbing on the doormat. Without realizing that they were still dirty I went into the house. As the dirt dried, it began to fall everywhere and more so because the sole flip flopped on my heels with each step. It took about five minutes scrubbing with a brush and water to clean them completely. I have a pair of Merrell Sandspur 2 Slide Toboggan which are the ideal model for comfort due to a perfect design but It's a shame that the Merrell factory don't make a Reflexology model as they would be ideal, or that the strap/instep of the Revs was longer to prevent flip-flopping when walking; also, that the sole had a less closed pattern that wasn't a mud magnet.

The front part of the slipper is too flimsy and doesn't hold the foot firmly hence making them a trip hazard

These sandals are very well made and so comfortable. I suffer from severe and long-lasting chronic plantar fasciitis that greatly limits my walking. They might need some getting used to at first depending on one's soles sensitivity but the massaging effect provides great relief to my tight and very painful plantar fascias. The sandals are vegan-friendly. They offer good arch support. I ordered my usual size and they fit perfectly. The straps are adjustable - particularly useful for wide feet like mine. I highly recommend this product.
