The media could not be loaded. I got this children’s axolotl fact book for my granddaughter’s 6th birthday coming up. She loves axolotls so I was happy to find this book on Amazon.The book has lots of information about axolotls in it, including their habitat, diet, behaviors, how to care for them, and information about their health.It also has several pages of fun activities at the back of the book.My granddaughter is turning 6 and I think she will be able to read quite a lot of this fact book. But I would say that the reading level is probably better matched to an 8-12 year old.The only thing that would have made this book better is if it had color photos of axolotls in it. Only the cover is in color.I’m happy with this fact book for kids and I think my granddaughter is going to like it a lot.I write honest reviews to help others make informed purchases because I read reviews myself and appreciate how helpful they can be. This is a great book for kids the pictures are so cute and they just draw your kid in to want to know more about the Axolotl. I have never heard of a Axolotl before but they are very cute and my daughter now wants one very easy book to read not long at all.

This is our first book about Axolotl. It’s very easy to read and we learns so much! We are not getting a pet Acolotl but we are happy to learn all about them!
