Upgraded from bottle pumps flanges to these breast cups.
I have the Medela pump in Style. The original bottle pumps kept leaking and wasting milk so after much contemplation (and split milk) I purchased these cups. I put on the 21 MM flanges. It's great! No leakage. Holds a decent amount. I could hold my baby, move him around, I could change him- and no milk spilt on me, him, or the sheets!! They're a game changer. Be aware, that a thimble of milk will sit in the flange just like the bottle style flanges, so just angle that into the bottle and you shouldn't spill any. Also used them in the car and was sooooo much more comfortable than having my nips tugged and pulled on the open road lol.

Compatible with other pumps, not just Medela!
I exclusively breastfeed my baby, but I'm an over-supplier so I need to pump at least 1 or 2 times a day on top of nursing. I also have a toddler and I'm about to go back to work from maternity leave. I knew I needed a solution to easily pump in the car to save some precious time (if you have 2 under 2, you know every moment counts lol!)I had tried pumping with my hands free bra and using the regular collection bottles, and if you've tried that you also know it's not fun. You can do it, but it's a pain and there's no way to be discreet. I don't exactly want to pull up to daycare drop off half dressed. đI've used Momcozy pumps before and still had some from my first breastfeeding journey, but to my dismay the replacement parts for the one I had were no longer available. It was only 2 years since I bought the pump so I was pretty shocked they discontinued that quickly....I had considered trying to order the cups for Elvie Stride and see if they would be compatible with my Motif or SpeCtra pumps, but they are $$$ and a ton of pieces to clean. Then I came across these! I was nervous they wouldn't work, but from what I can tell you can likely hook them up to any pump. You just plug the tubing you already have into the Medela adapters, and you're good to go! I've used these with my Motif Duo & Motif Luna with no issues. I pumped 10oz with the Luna on my commute today, with no leaks.Pros:⢠Seem to be compatible with any pump.⢠Holds a good volume, I had 6oz in one cup and not even close to overflowing.⢠Only 3 pieces to clean.⢠Can use with a regular stretchy/roomy bra, you don't need a special hand free pumping bra.⢠From a reputable and consistent brand, so replacement parts should be easy to purchase (as long as they don't get discontinued)⢠Easy to pour milk from⢠Flat bottom so you can set cups on the counter without spilling⢠I'm sensitive to EMF, and this is a way to have a hands free pumping experience without Bluetooth since you can connect to whatever pump body you prefer (Most of the wearables on the market now connect to an app and have to use Bluetooth)Cons:⢠They aren't small -- you will have Dolly Parton boobs while wearing. Not a collection cup you could wear with nobody noticing.⢠There are a couple spots where small amounts of milk can get stuck - but I've had this problem with any wearable I've tried.⢠The plastic parts can be hard to detach for cleaning, I keep my nails short but if you have long nails I think it might be a challenge to get them open.⢠Only 24mm and 21mm flange sizes - most moms are smaller. I had to order 18mm adapters from Maymom but they were affordable and work perfectly with these cups.I'm a huge fan of these, I'm thankful for Medela making these collection cups as an option. I hope to see other pump manufacturers follow suit, as this is a way more affordable option than buying a whole new pump. :)

Solid hands-free pumping option
Alright, Iâve spent countless hours reading reviews about hands-free pumps trying to find the *absolute best option*⌠I donât think this is it, but itâs definitely helped me a lot on my pumping journey.Pros:- obviously, hands-free, but only if you can conveniently put the pump itself in a pocket or something - itâs a bit big so has to go in a back pocket of pants or a large sweater/hoodie pocket etc.- very easy to clean, easier than my Spectra and Maymom parts; itâs only 3 pieces!- lightweight, easy to travel with (stuff in a tote or large purse)- can be completely hidden under shirt, though the tubing does have to stick out- suction level seems good, Iâve never had to go above level 5- I havenât had any leaking issues except for when I didnât have it assembled correctly (but also I canât fully bend over or do any rigorous activity)Cons:- way overpriced, itâs ridiculous that I have to spend like $90 if I want more than one pair of cups- also if you need any replacement parts theyâre not super cheap, especially if you buy them from the Medela website directly (better if you can find them on here because the shipping will be way cheaper, but some parts Iâve struggled to find on Amazon)- even though it comes with two sets of shields (21mm and 24mm), it only comes with ONE set of cup parts and ONE set of o-rings, so you have to wash stuff after every pump regardless (make sure you have the o-rings properly installed!!! they will leak if you donât!!)- only available in two sizes so if youâre not a size 21 or 24mm nipple, you have to buy separate flange inserts (not sold by Medela)- pump is a bit loud, like Iâve been pumping near other people before and they ask âwhatâs that noise??â, but I doubt itâs the loudest pump out there- not intuitive to figure out how to open or assemble when first using it (I recommend finding a how-to video first, which I didnât think I needed to do but in hindsight đ¤ˇââď¸)- kinda hard to open; I have to use a towel to pry it open because it hurts my thumb otherwise- does not have clear amount markers on the side so you have to measure it out after you pump (I use a breast milk storage bag on a small digital scale)- thereâs been a few times where they just could not get good suction; I think if theyâre even remotely wet from the last washing, that causes issues with suction- the pump has a touch screen and itâs a bit sensitive, so the buttons might accidentally get activated in your pocket or while youâre holding it (ouch! went from suction level 3 up to 9 in my pocket and I had no idea what was happening at first)- also the touch screen has randomly frozen on me at least twice that I can remember, had to force it off and start the pump session over- pretty difficult to hold my baby while wearing these but I can lift him from the floor to his bassinet or simple movements like that (can carefully clean kitchen or fold laundry, Iâve also used them while driving without issue - obviously put them on and take them off while youâre safely stopped!)I know it seems like a lot of cons, but again, these have made a huge difference in my pumping journey considering that my other pump is the big Spectra S2 which is nowhere near as portable and is definitely not conveniently hands-free. With this pump, Iâm able to sit on the floor and be with baby while pumping, I can do basic chores or use it in the car, and I can use it around other people without my boobs or nipples fully hanging out.The pictures I attached here show me from the side with and without the cups in - they are pretty big so itâs not something I *like* to use out in public but I have done it in a pinch several times. I hope this review is helpful to anyone trying to decide what pump to buy!

Convenient for on-the-go pumping
My favorite thing about these cups is that there are only 3 pieces to clean, and I seem to get comparable output with my regular flanges. Iâve previously used legendary milk collection cups which had many more pieces. These make it so much easier to move around and hold/feed baby while pumping. I love that I can use these with my Spectra S1 (just put the spectra tubing firmly into the yellow collector pieces that come with the pump. Comfort level is equivalent to my regular spectra flanges. Make sure you check the cups is securely connected all the way round before pumping to avoid leaks!
