I am not sure for what kind of dogs this toy is but I have a Labrador retriever who is very active and playful and this toy lasted nothing! Most important, dangerous!! It has small batteries that my dog almost ingested as he way too easily ripped it apart. It’s made out of hard plastic. Pretty disappointing. Also, it didn’t do anything other than light up. Not worth the money.

I am so pleased with this ball and so is my dog, it is the most fun he (and I) have had with a toy in a long time. I allow him to play with it for about 15-20 minutes then remove it till he is bored again and bring it out and watch him tire himself and have fun doing it. I play with him chaseing it and tossing it he loves to see it land like a ball and the lights flashing. He does have a difficult time picking it up whish is a good thing as the toy will not get chewed and it will last long...best money I have spent on a dog toy!

Don't buy this if you have a dog that likes to pick carry his toys and chew. This lasted less than an hour. Construction is very weak and easy to distroy
