This is not authentic recipe. Quality is comprised
Disappoitnting Taste. Kerala chips is fried in pure coconut oil but this is fried in palmoil. If you want to buy a kerala chips buy it from the local store. Poor north indians doesn't have a choice to believe this is an authentic recipe and taste. Pathetic 😡

Taste is soo good sans any sweetness
No oily, No sweetness,crispy,Not excess salty,Not very hard are the things to go for. Except one FLAW; most of the Chips were Broken. Quantity should be more.
