tl;dr: These dumbbells are a great set to get started with, the quick adjustment is very smooth and easy and the offer a decent weight for at home use. The only negative is the weight spread - the jumps in weight are a little odd and could be too much for some people. Overall I think these are great value for money for those just starting out. I'm a complete novice weightlifter having only gotten into it recently (in my late 30's) I bought these for use at home to begin to improve my strength so that I wouldn't completely embarrass myself at the gym. Positives: - These dumbbells are super easy and quick to change, just a simple click of the handle and you're ready to go. It makes doing sets of varying weight a lot quicker and easier. - The save so much space - by combining weights into a single package you save on needing a rack with a bunch of dumbbells - Minimal rattle - Unlike my previous dumbbells which used a screw on nut approach these don't seem to rattle as much, which makes maintaining posture a lot easier. - Metal handles - I like metal handles as I find them easier to grip, though this may be subjective Negatives: - It can be a bit fiddly to locate the dumbbells in the base - this tends to be worse at lower weight, the less plates that are in the base the easier it is. - The weight ranges are a little odd - the weight goes from 2 -> 4.5 -> 7 -> 9.5 -> 12 which is a little unusual, it can make increasing load a lot harder than it otherwise would be.

If you work out at home, this is an absolute must. I used to have weights that you constantly had to remove the plates on each side to adjust the weight which was not only extremely time consuming, but it demotivated me from doing anything so they just sat there. I wanted to focus on my fitness more so I bought these to ease the workouts. They are very sturdy and the weight is accurate. Very easy to use and handle. I bought a set of 2 which is perfect for my RDLs. Great value for money. Trust me this is much more efficient than either having to manually adjust or having a set of each weights you need when you can have it all in one.

I wanted home weights which were a bit better than the plastic wheels at the end type of the bar weights. This is a good product. Really like it. So easy to change weight levels in seconds.

Very pleased with this product. It works well with no problems. The only downside is that I only wish I purchased this item with a rubber grip because the metal grip does slip . But overall a 5 star from me

Bought these for my father to use. He's a retired firefighter and still likes to keep himself fit without going too extremely heavy anymore. Also doesn't want to have a large amount of workout equipment cluttering up his home either. This adjustable dumbbell set works perfectly for him! The weight adjustments are easy to perform. Simply twist the central dumbbell handle until it "clicks" into place. Pound adjustments are basically the same as a traditional 10-20-30-40 lbs set. And he really likes the square dumbbell design. Said it keeps his weights still when he puts them down in-between sets (no rolling away from him). Excellent set that my father's enjoyed for months now! Hope you do as well!!

Très satisfait de mon achat, il tient parfaitement ses promesses ça bouge un peu quand on la tient mais c'est le revers de médaillevquand on veut 6 poids en 1 sinon elle est solide. Avec deux enfants et une petite touche de fainéantise, je n’avais ni le temps ni l’envie d’aller à la salle trois fois par semaine. Grâce à cet équipement, je peux désormais faire mes 2 à 3 séances chez moi en seulement 40 minutes. 18 kg pour le travail du torse, et entre 6 et 14 kg pour les bras, les épaules et le dos… avec un simple banc de musculation, j’ai désormais tout ce qu’il me faut pour des séances complètes à domicile.
