Good customer service for broken item
The plastic housing is low quality trash. Literally came apart while using it costing me the materials in the container plus a long shower to wash myself off.Update: the shipper reached out and helped the situation. Happy with my replacement.

Works so much better than the others
I use this for horse bathing. I first bought the lime green one that is for sale here on Amazon, and it broke in 2 days. This one is much sturdier. the soap comes out very even. Great for horses and dogs. I'm buying more for gifts for my horse friends
