I returned it for a refund...
The pigtail is way too short, and it would be inaccessible with our wall-mounted TV. Plus, after I tried it with our DVD player and a Roku device, it didn't work.

I just wanted to write a quick review on this product. I had 3 devices and was so tired of disconnecting and reconnecting. The switcher is a life saver and so practical! Fast delivery and shipment.

Works well
This was exactly what I needed to avoid repeatedly having to pull the HDMI cable out of the cable box to hook it up to my tablet. There is no loss of picture quality that I notice. I’m satisfied with this purchase.

but has a pretty severe cosmetic flaw
Cover was cracked over port number 3. The device works as described, but has a pretty severe cosmetic flaw. It may have been broken during shipping. Was shipped with TV Fire stick and the Fire stick was fine so it may have been broken prior to shipping.
