Working well so far
We used to warm our bottles next to the hydrocollator, but can’t do so with the new hydrocollator. So far this is working really well.

we bought 40 for our 10 Physical therapy offices 1 year ago and still they are going strong no issues with any yet. everyone is happy with the purchase , especially the patients in the winter

Missing one of the bottles
When unboxing it only had 2 of the 3 bottles with the package. There were 3 pump tops. Haven’t tested out the actual product yet, waiting until I can get a 3rd bottle

Oil leaks
The bottles leak oil onto the machine and once the cheap plastic bottles heat up one time, they are nearly impossible to ever get out of the warmer again. Otherwise, works well.
