Thickens liquid, though not as much as I had hoped
I have switched to this product, because I am sensitive to gluten and corn. They were my main thickening agents. The instructions say to add so much per cup of liquid, but it seemed a bit too little for the amount of thickening I wanted. I will have to work on my proportions...though when the leftover liquid got cold (in the fridge) it was a nice jelly consistency (though not when reheated).
