Up to standard, great laptop.

Warranty claim could not be started for 10 days until Amazon got me the “ invoice”

When I got the laptop the box had some minor dents in it, though the ones inside of it didn’t so I thought it was fine at first, but the fact that it was laying in a pile of leaves when I was supposed to sign for it should have been the first indication that it wouldn’t be as good as it should’ve been. It took multiple hours to “update” when I first started it up, and when I was using it, the audio, whether it be music, sound, or SFX from games, would be interrupted by a loud and jarring buzzing noise for a few seconds. At first I dismissed this as a minor issue, but that along with applications crashing multiple times when they never did on my previous laptop made me realize this was not the laptop for me, and definitely not what I paid for. Speaking of which, when I sent it back, they had the audacity to keep 100 dollars for a “reshelving fee” which I wish I had reported to Amazon earlier, but didn’t feel like messing with it at the time. Take it from me, don’t think that just because It’s expensive or an MSI that It’s good. The laptop I had before this was miles better. It was a Lenovo and it lasted me around 2 years, playing countless hours of high performance games like Rocket League and No Mans Sky. Don’t get this laptop if you want something with no issues. I would be less blunt, but the fact that they thought keeping 100 dollars of my money after the sad excuse of a product they gave me makes this a perfectly reasonable review to write.
