defogging well even with heater/defogger fan broken in car
note that with every defog product i have used, (more then a dozen) including with motorcycle helmet (the worst fogger) you have to leave enough on you get a slight rainbow distortion. removing more product till totally clear it will remove too much product and it will fog. this product i put on windshield of car because engine-deffogger fan is broken. i meant to use with electrical added fan but got caught in the rain, but it kept the fog off my windshield except for the patch i rubbed too much off of. you have to balance the rainbow distortion and the fogging, but as i said, this is true in every product i used. i added it to the drivers window and again drove in rain with no fogging at all. its really best to wait until is wet outside and your windows are totally fogged to sit in your car and apply to get the correct ratio between rainbow distortion and fogging. if its a motorcylce helmet you need the strongest type, last i used went on like chapstick and then rubbed in. still same balance between rainbow distortion and defogging.

A lot of work to do right
I read some of the other reviews on here downing a rain-x product and was surprised to say the least. I bought it anyways, i can see where some people may of had issues removing the residue the product leaves behind after drying. They used to much, use a few drops at a time working into into the window, you'll be surprised how little you actually need to do all the glass inside your car. It does take some work to remove the residue left behind. I used a very small amount of glass cleaner(barely any at all) and wiped the residue way. It is 100% streak and fog free. There is no fog in my car any more, it was a overwhelming problem I was having. I would clean the Windows spotless and less than 2 days later have all my windows completely fogged up. Defrost and heaters weren't helping. This has made a night and day difference in visibility and appearance. But as the tittle of this review said, it is a lot of work to make perfect. I have a garage and a super bright led light i shined on all my glass to highlight residue left behind(a precaution I took after reading reviews on here about hazing during night time driving). Awesome product if you have the time to do it right.

Great stuff! Perfect for keeping windows clear!
I use a vape so during the winter my windows get fogged up with the condensate from constantly having hot vegetable glycerine in the air. This stuff is perfect for preventing my windows from fogging up. I used to have to clean my windows every three days but instead I clean them every 3 weeks and then reapply this stuff. The picture does not match what I got, I got a spray bottle which is actually better than what the picture shows. My personal recommendation would be that less is more. Do not apply too much or it will make your windows look worse than before. I usually do one spray on a clean paper towel square per window and then use a separate clean paper towel square to buff it with linear NOT circular motions. I usually use one spray for half of my front or rear windshield leading to a total of two spray per windshield.

Good for no fog, leaves streaks
It seems to work pretty well but I have to say that it has smudges where you wipe. I've actually wiped my front and back windshields down 3x and can't get the streaks out. It does pretty much stop the fog though

Works Really Well... for a couple days.
I was optimistic when I got the Rain-X Anti-Fog after watching several video reviews showing its fog-reducing capabilities. I live in a quite humid area, so fog has always been a problem on my vehicles. I applied Rain-X Anti-Fog to half of my windshield to try it out first; the next morning, as is often the case, the untreated areas of my windows fogged up pretty significantly; the area where I applied the Anti-Fog, however, was nearly fog-free! That evening, I promptly applied Anti-Fog on the remainder of my car's glass. Everything was great, until later that same week, the windows started fogging up so badly that I couldn't see out of the car at all. For the next several days, it was the same story โ my glass fogged up even worse than before the Anti-Fog. I finally had to give my windows all a good scrubbing with glass cleaner to remove the fog-promoting "Anti-Fog" film off.
