I’m a teacher and at the end of the year was leaving school so wanted to save all of my work (lesson plannings etc) onto usb so I can use it at a later date. This allowed me to easily transfer this years stuff but also previous years with no issues and quick time.Such great value for money, other teachers recommended getting a hard drive but for the same about if space I could get this at half the price !

Took 4 days going between 2-12mb/sec and I have up on the h2test. Far too slow to use despite usb3 port for a 1tb drive. It is cheap and slow and do wonder with all these on amazon missing the pictures of testing if this is f a k e.Update: After a week I gave up with h2testw and still wonder if it is a f a k e (letters separate to avoid filter). It can store 60gb and access data hence 1 star but struggling with files over this. I have tried to use RMpartUSB and this struggles when it gets to 95%. Using checkflash I was getting similar slow average write speeds but as it slowed down I gave up. Shame

It is great to have how tech has grown and now we can have 920+ GB space under £10. Great value for money. It was easy and simple plug and play device

bought this thinking it was a decent amount of storage for the price. i didn't even care about transfer speeds (which is pretty bad on this device). but every time i try to use it to back up some old photos and videos, it keeps getting corrupted! I've had to format this thing about 5x already just to be able to use it again.... absolutely a waste of money! was pointless as a storage device, was pointless as a recording memory device for a satellite box.... totally unreliable! its actually useless to me. i should have donated the money to somewhere instead

Worst product ever. It stopped working after a week. I had transferred some important documents with personal information along with my uni lecture notes. But I can no longer access the usb stick as it shows theres an error. I can’t even delete them. The only option is to return and get a refund. But I don’t feel comfortable with returning something which contains personal information. I’d rather cut my losses and not risk being a victim to fraud. Really disappointed. Amazon really need to screen these sellers who are effectively scamming people with these low quality items that fail so easily.
