This is a great product. I have just purchased a second one. It is really well made, lovely and solid. I use it to make vegan substitutions. Cannot fault it. Really easy to use and clean.

J'adore, les possibilités sont multiples, tester pour faire un jambon de dinde, délicieux ! Se nettoie facilement (inox) le thermomètre peut également servir à part ! Pour toutes ceux qui souhaitent faire plus de choses maison et qui on du temps ! (La cuisson est longue mais au final ça vaut le coup)
