This is one of the best vegan protein options I’ve found. The protein is higher than most. 30g is pretty good. It has a good flavor. I like vanilla best. Chocolate is pretty good too. There is no sugar and lots of nutrition, which you don’t find in most protein drinks.

I use to drink Owen 32g protein vegan vanilla shakes but one batch was bad and I just couldn’t go back.These aren’t as flavorful; if anything, they taste more nutty than vanilla. People mention issues with texture but I think they’re thick (not too thick!) and creamy, which I like. I like the high protein content and the price is more reasonable than other brands. I’m going to stick with these for a while.

I pretty much love everything about this product...flavor, nutrients, etc. One big thing I love is the sodium and sugar amounts which seem to be the least of any other plant-based product I've been able to find.A HUGE BONUS is that I don't get hungry. Just about every other product I've tried, has not lasted me between meals. I typically get hungry around 2 hours later. This seems to last 3-4 hours, just in time for a sensible dinner.Highly recommend and trust this brand.

This flavor is thicker than eggnog and not very enjoyable. I have to mix it with milk to even swallow it and it doesn't taste very good

As someone who values both nutrition and taste, the underwhelming flavor of the Soylent shake was disappointing.
