I have a small wood shop so most of my projects are small. These screws work great for me and I use them all the time. They drive straight and hold well...can't ask for more than that!

When it comes to products like "a big bunch of screws" there isn't too much to differentiate. They either are dimensioned correctly and function appropriately, or they don't.These are dimensioned correctly and function appropriately.As with anything else, since I'm not a metallurgist I have no idea if they truly are 304 stainless. I suppose I could try some sort of rust test but I know that even "stainless" steel is not magic. What if my test uses a scenario that's not really fair to any kind of steel? So... they seem like all the other screws that advertise themselves as stainless.The box they come in is handy although through shipping and handling, etc., my set was rather jumbled. It took me about 30 minutes to sort them all out (if it even matters to you. It does to me.). Do I hold that against the rating...? Not in this instance. I think it could happen to most other assortments out there. Mayyybbbeee if they had a better box design. But it would have to be a pretty snazzy, high end box that would probably double the price of the kit. I can live with the handiness and quality of the box this came with and just deal with the jumble once.Since these meet the basics, the rest is kind of up to you: How is the price compared to other offerings, combined with the amount and particular variety in the assortment? If the arrangement offered in this box meets your needs, I think you'll be satisfied with the actual product itself.I always seem to need a different size, or more than what I have regardless of what I have on hand. So I have several assortments and a bunch of little boxes and packets of all kinds of fasteners anyway. Best luck.~Cheers!

I seem to never have the right screws available when I need one for a one-off repair or project. So, when I saw this Kaibced 600 piece wood screw set I jumped on it.The set comes with a variety of Phillips head screws ranging in 18 sizes from #4x3/8" to #12x1-1/2". The label says the screws are all 304 stainless steel so they should be good for both interior and exterior use.The largest quantity of screws are mostly in the #4 and #6 sizes but as you get into the #8 and larger there is still a good amount of screws in each size to get you started. Even the largest size screw (#12-1-1/2" comes with 15 screws. As I run out of a particular size, I intend to refill this box with more of the same size so I always have a supply on hand.Speaking of the plastic box, it is on the thin side but the plastic dividers do a good job of keeping the screws in their individual compartments even when the box is tipped on its end or turned over. When I unpacked this set from the shipping bag, I was surprised that only three (3) screws were in the wrong compartment.I am a little disappointed about the labeling. The Amazon page shows a label with the screw sizes on both the outside and the inside of the top cover. The set I received had the label only on the outside. That's not a big deal as I suspect at some point, I will be replacing the box with one a little sturdier and will create my own labels.Overall, I think this is an excellent set for a DIYer. It may not stop me from having to buy a special screw size in the future, but I feel I have a good basic variety that will be very helpful.
