How much does the boot weigh?

They are light, not at all bulky. Not sure of exact weight.

Are these boots insulated for winter, or are they something that you could wear in any season?

I've been wearing them during the winter here in upstate NY and while they aren't insulated, they are waterproof and with a pair of Darn Tough Merino wool socks they are very cushioning and warm.
