Defective Product, Poor Service, and No Resolution Under Warranty
I purchased this water filter on 30th October 2025, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. From the very first month, the unit started giving frequent alarm alerts due to a faulty internal component. Whatโs worse is that the service engineer who visited clearly seemed aware of the issue, yet instead of replacing the defective part, they simply reset the alarm each time. This temporary fix has now been repeated more than 10 times within a short period, which is completely unacceptable for a product that is still under warranty. Despite multiple complaints, the company has refused to replace the unit. It appears that the service has been outsourced to a third-party agency that lacks both professionalism and accountability. The service quality has been poor, and there has been no effort to provide a permanent solution. If youโre looking for a reliable water filter, I would strongly advise considering other brands. Unless youโre prepared to deal with repeated service issues and unresolved defects, this product is not worth the investment.
