Have really seen no change whatsoever.

I struggle to hit protein targets and saw many people I know using BodyHealth products. I LOVE these and take them before bed, before a workout, etc. I sleep amazing, and also notice I get more muscle tone faster.

Looking forward to starting these aminos to assist with the aminos and daily protein needs for GLP1 dieting. I was taken aback when I was about to order again since I decided I would double up on the dose and it cost more per serving if you buy the 120 servings than it would if you bought the 60 servings container. I have never seen that before. Usually, the more you order, the larger the discount per serving.

I have been using this product for over two years. I started using it because I struggle to get enough protein in my diet and I cannot stomach the taste and consistency of protein powder drinks. As a post-menopausal female, I was starting to experience an overall thinning of my hair - mostly hair loss and breakage during shampooing. Within the first month of taking these tablets, I started to notice thicker hair. But even more positive, my hair was getting longer. I had been trying to grow some length in my hair for years, and even though I could see new gray colored growth, the overall length was never increasing. The Perfect Amino seemed to be making my hair healthier (less breakage, fewer strands being lost), so it was finally increasing length and thickness. Earlier this year, I got lazy and stopped taking the tablets for servers months and my hair stylist and I noticed that my hair started to feel thinner again and there was no increase in length between salon visits. So, I figured that I would test my theory and start taking the Perfect Amino again. I started back in June and now almost 8 weeks later, my hair length has increased again and the overall health of my hair looks better. I’m not sure if I am getting any other benefits from the product - and despite the fact that I didn’t start taking this product for hair growth - I am very pleased with this surprise benefit. Side note - I have not had any adverse effects from the tablets, which is good for me since I do occasionally have side effects from supplements and medication.
