Is it supposed to come with a shoe string? Mine did not.

Yes, I would message the seller.

Is this activity board hard for toddlers to unbuckle?

I bought it for my 2 year old nephew and he can get some things undone but not all. It keeps him busy and it is something he can use for awhile.

Can it be folded to fit in my bag?

You can fold it in half again. You should be able to fit in you bag that way.

Who do you contact if you're missing the alphabet and number pieces? Im disappointed that ot was not included in my order today.

Did you check in the pocket once you open the zipper part. I think that’s where I found mine.
