Not the best selection of tools needed for hanging wallpaper
I shouldn't have ordered this, I'm thinking their has to be a better set available in the Amazon world. But I needed something quick so I grabbed them.The hard plastic smoother tools is yuk. This needs to be a large (12") brush.I hadn't installed wallpaper in quite a while and after purchasing this set I learned that the current trend in wallpaper is toward paste the wall papers so the brush for applying the paste was much smaller than I would have liked, although I believe I did use it.The Exact-0 style knifes were the standard back in the day. Unfortunately, as I have experienced purchasing other blade type tools inported from China, the sharpness of the blades leaves a lot to be desired. My theory is that in order to cut costs, the unbranded blades from China use an inferior mettle stock compared to the branded blades and they just can't match the blade sharpness of the higher quality blades. Personally I believe you need very sharp blades when working with wallpaper.
