There are so many pluses with this product. It was delivered very quickly, the clarity of the camera is fantastic and it has a wonderful battery life. I can clearly communicate with my daughter, and I love that it plays lullabies and tells me the temperature in the room. This monitor also has the ability to have split screens, so I can see both of my babies at the same time. It is a great product for the price and so easy to set up! Very pleased mama.

I’ve been very impressed with this monitor. I read some reviews with complaints I believe have been addressed. You can now turn off the beeps when the baby makes noise. I’ve found that if I pan around the room it is nearly silent. I haven’t had any issues with connecting/cutting out. The picture quality is great. My only real complaint is that the max volume isn’t terribly high. If there is some other noise it could be easy to miss. I also don’t think you can turn off the screen but keep the sound on- this can end up being pretty bright at night in a dark room, but it’s not an issue if I just flip it face down. Overall I’m very happy with the quality and value.

We love our hello baby monitor. It’s easy to set up and get going. We usually charge it over night, and the battery lasts all day. Any issues we have had, we just reach out to customer support. They are fast, friendly, and helpful and do whatever they can to make everything right! It’s a great product at a great price. Highly recommend!

I did a lot of research before settling on this. I was very specific on what I wanted out of a baby monitor, and this met the criteria. Our WiFi sometimes goes out at night, so I wanted something without WiFi so I could continuously keep an eye on baby at night and get some sleep. We love that it has two cameras, and it can be set to single or dual screen to watch a single, or multiple rooms at once (we plan on having more kids.) Currently I use it to keep an eye on my toddler and my dogs. I have one in the bedroom, one in the play area (living room) so I can sneak away and still keep an eye on the house while doing dishes or laundry. I also love that you can rotate or zoom in on the camera so you can check if baby is breathing while sleeping, without disturbing the baby. I also love that you can speak through the camera so your dogs and toddler know you are still watching and they can’t be naughty. ;) We did have a mishap where I set the monitor down and picked it up the next day the screen was cracked. Nobody knows how or why, but I was devastated. So I looked around for a replacement screen, and ended up contacting the company. They sent me a replacement set immediately. All they asked for was a video to show that it was cracked. After telling my sister about the mishap, she said she has been looking for one too, and plans to get this for herself for her two kids rooms.

We used the 2023 version with my first born and loved the monitor. When we had our second in March, we purchased this version. I love how you can have split screen of your two kids and how easy it is to use. What we love most is how it doesn’t use WiFi and it makes it a safer option than other monitors. Battery life is so much better on this version, as is sound quality. The smaller screen makes it easy to carry around with me, when I’m doing chores around the house. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a monitor that doesn’t use WiFi. Another perk for this product - the company offers great customer service!

Decent cameras. Good value for the money and does a good job. Only annoying thing is you can’t control the volume of the music on the cameras and if you turn up the volume of the monitor to try to hear the baby, you’ll just hear the music on the monitor.

We have tried a few different monitors in the 3 years since we've become parents, and this one is our favorite so far! We never had a monitor this big, and previously thought bigger=bulky and more annoying to carry around the house, nope! It's so nice to see things on a bigger, clearer screen and I also love the option of a split screen view in addition to rotating between cameras or staying on one. I also particularly like the volume of it and how sounds come through the speaker. The interface is so intuitive as well. Not to mention, Hello Baby's customer service is top notch! Highly recommend!

I’ve had this monitor since 7/2025, in May 2026 it suddenly stopped working when I went to turn it on when we put our kids to bed. Hit the reset button and nothing worked. I emailed Hello Baby’s Customer Service on a Monday night after 9pm, received an email back within the hour, and took a video as requested to show that it wasn’t working. They immediately said they would send a new monitor to me at no extra cost. It was shipped the following day, Tuesday and it was delivered that Saturday! We have used Hello Baby monitors since 2020 and this was our first issue in 6 years. Blown away by their Customer Service and their products. (I also never write reviews but definitely needed to with how exceptional our care was).

Très très très Déçu !!!!!le branchement des caméras est un branchement de type A (surtout utilisé aux États-Unis, au Canada, Mexique & Japon)!!!! non mentionné clairement lors de la vente! En belgique comme beaucoup en europe on utilise un branchement de type C ! Je vais donc devoir trouver des adaptateurs compatibles avant de pouvoir tester ce produit ! Vraiment pas professionnel !

Monitor stopped working.. doesn't seem to offer replacement despite being in the 1 year warranty period.
