Check for missing parts
The bag is super sturdy, beautiful and looks quite classy. Only downside is sometimes it might arrive with some parts missing. I received the bag a couple of weeks back, and didn't check for the dangling charm. Used the bag today for the first time and found that the charm was missing. Takes away from the beauty of the bag. Otherwise, it's a really nice bag that fits my 13.5" laptop and a whole lot of other stuff with no hassle.
