Perfect
Worked great. Not easy to slide into the tube, but I've done a lot of these and takes patience. Don't bend it to get it in. Take your time. Very nice it came with new gaskets too!

Returned it because it did not fit correctly
This element arrived quickly and looks almost identical to my original. How ever the posts that go through the tube and connect to the tabs that supply the power are just a 1/4 inch or so shorter. This causes the element to rub on the inside of the tube across the top. I tried to manipulate it a little to keep that from happening but couldn't get to stay. Fortunately, as it was a purchase from Amazon the return and refund process was quick and painless. I purchased a different brand, that one I also had to tweak a bit to get it to fit , but it stayed in place and worked well. This one just didn't fit my application so I can't say how well it would work.

Died in 3 months
Worked fine for 3 months, then resistance got too high and started tripping the breaker. Garbage.
