Put these in a vase and they are fab

I was not sure how big these beads would get, so not only have they proved useful, they have been a source of great amusement 😂. I put a few (honestly) into a jar of water, the next morning the jar was overflowing with water beads like the Magic Porridge Pot 😂. These beads are very useful, I have a large water container full and have only used half the packet. 👌

I bought these to add in to zip log bags filled with water to create a sensory experience for my 8 month old. They arrived in a tiny little packet which makes you think it’s crazy how 10k fit in there. After leaving throughout the day in a jar of water I found these balls only got a few millimetre big rather than the bigger ones you normally see. However it isn’t that much of a problem you just end up using a bit more and there’s lots to begin with. I found that after being submerged they were still a bit solid which works for what I need them for. The colours are nice and vibrant and my son loves smashing them in a water bag and keeps him thoroughly entertained. Recommended buy at this price point.

Orbeez expanded as expected - the largest took nearly 24hrs to get to full size. Some did crack whilst expanding. Strangely, the larger sized ones are bobbily whilst expanding which the kids found fascinating and kept checking back on them. The larger sizes are more delicate than the smaller.

Rubbish! I ordered them for my fish lamp, because I imagined they would at least reach 1cm in diameter, which would have been acceptable and good, but they never did! No more than 5mm, half a centimetre! Also the colours could hardly be seen in water (except the boring white and pale blue!)
