First impression of the actual product is very good. Perfect size for what I will be using them for, easy to clean, no rolled edges where dirt/liquid collects. This is true for their other products too (I ordered a few baking trays of different sizes).The only disadvantage is the lack of quality control. While the items came very well packaged and protected, each item showed a "ding" or two (also the other baking trays not shown here) on the edges.Does this affect usability? Not at all.Is it worth asking for a replacement? Don't think so, as all items had some imperfection.Will it affect longevity? Don't think so, but let's find out.First use was great, they do the job - cannot say much more about how long they last.So for me those cosmetic imperfections are just that - cosmetic. However, this is not an item I can recommend to get for a baking-enthusiast friend as a gift, because the products do not have the perfection I want for items I gift to others.Hence 4 stars only - again, based not only on this product but also on the two other baking trays I bought - those were silver anodised, but have similar "dings" on the edges.

Ok these might seem a bit pricey but they are well worth the investment.I have had my set for around 10 years and they are still good as new.I bought this set for my son when he moved into his new home, as they are perfect for small portions. They are easy to clean even if there are burnt bits, just soak for a while then wash as usual.Highly recommend this brand.

My friend has had this set of oven trays for 25 years she has an aga so they have had heavy use.They are perfect for 2/3 portion meals.The quality is exceptional you will have to spend more than this price to get the same.You must season the trays first.Try to steer clear of the dish washer they are very easy to clean after a soak in the old fairy liquid.

Unfortunately due to packing these hard anodised baking trays were damaged on arrival. The company refunded the cost. It was a shame because they are nice, small baking trays.

Perfect for small dishes and easy to clean. Do not put them in the dishwasher though as it will lose the coating effect.

Material had a horrible chaulky feel, did not clean well either by hand or in the dishwasher. Coating did not last more than a couple of uses in one pan, despite taking special care considering the cost. A lot smaller than anticipated, but was actually useful being able to put two trays side by side in the oven. Extortionately priced for a product that does not seem to last.

I bought these in 2013. Since then they have been used at least once a week and often at temperatures over 220°C yet they all look completely new!No staining, no warping and the non-stick is as non-stick as ever. They aren't large but I use them for single portions mostly, for which they are perfect.In the very same order I bought a circulon pan. I binned that one over two years ago due to flaking of the non-stick, despite being used far less regularly than these.So many larger pans have come and gone whilst in ownership of these. I finally gave in and have replaced all of my trays with Mermaid ones and couldn't be happier.

Excellent quality after a delivery of faulty ones from another seller elsewhere.Saw these on Amazon & delighted these are absolutely fine,& better value.Proven very durable before.Just the right size to use any side by side in my main oven.These should not have needle like marks in the coating.If arrive like that,as mine were, definitely faulty,so returning should be free of postal costs.These just unmarked,smooth grey coated.Need to be a bit careful, as with all non stick pans,to place a strong paper bag( as from a supermarket) in between in storing ,& the metal from another pan will not damage each other,as will metal cooking utensils..Highly recommended.
